Dark sweat stains on neon green shirt?

My brother has this neon green shirt (the same color that the road workers wear), that he has to wear for work, but there are dark stains under the arms from when he had to work outside in 100+ degree weather. How can we get them out? Nothing seems to work.

Hydrogen peroxide is what I use but I am not sure that it will work on clothes that have already been washed and dried.

Try using liquid Dawn dishwashing detergent.

Though, Dawn works great on grease on clothing, but it can't hurt to try this method.

Pour some on then rub well with cool water and rinse well.

Next thing you can try is Grease Lightning which is available in most grocery stores.  White, yellow, black bottle.

Spray on stain area, let that soak for about 15mins and rinse well.

add 1 cup of vinegar or more to your wash load when washing next time and the stains should come ot.
