I know the media is ranting on about Olympic GB medals, but me & Dave tried the sitting underwater record, currently at 32 hrs,

This was done about 30ft down off Poole, Dorset.

Sitting on the sandy sea-floor, with exchange compressed air tanks, tins of beer, corned beef, baby spuds sent down.

We stayed there day and night for a total of 51.5 hours, watching fish & writing daft comments with those underwater pens.

It cannot be ratified, as a top-crew member had forgotten to have a Guinness adjudicator present.

We are both wrinkled & knackered, so what a waste of time !

Good fun, though, drinking tins of beer underwater is possible, so is having a pee afterwards.

The spuds come witha nice salty flavour, in between breaths.

Anyone care to replicate this lunacy next summer ?
