Darrelle Revis claims Randy Moss played with his foot on the brake in week two

If all the stars align correctly, New York Jets defensive back Darrelle Revis could once again find himself covering wide receiver Randy Moss, who he believes didn't give it his all during the second half of the Jets 28-14 win over the Patriots in week two.
"He came out full force, early in the game," Revis said. "In the second half, you could tell he was kind of like, putting his foot on the brake. But everybody knows that's Randy-sometimes he plays 100 percent, sometimes he doesn't."
Revis covered Randy Moss for the entire first half of that game before being forced to leave with a lingering hamstring injury. Moss was on the end of a 38-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Tom Brady after he got past Revis and made a beautiful one-handed
over the shoulder catch. Moss, however, didn't catch a single pass in the second half while being covered by the Jets' second cornerback Antonio Cromartie, and Revis said it showed that Moss wasn't giving it his all.
"You can see the effort," Revis said. "Playing football, you can see the body language and the effort of people when they're out there playing, if a guy's going hard or if a guy's hesitant. That's just the way football is. You can see the truth comes out.
I don't know if it was frustration of him not getting the ball a lot or whatever, but you can see it."
A frustrated Moss, who had been suggesting since the start of the season that he was unsure he'd finish his career in New England, was traded to the Minnesota Vikings, where he began his career, earlier in the week.
Moss, who was described by Revis recently as a 'slouch' will now be catching passes from the legendary Brett Favre.
Given Revis' recent condition, it is uncertain whether or not he will play on Sunday, but Jets coach Rex Ryan is optimistic about how his star corner is recovering and how he has performed in recent practices.
"We'll see," Ryan said. "He moved out there pretty well today."
