Darren Bent- does anyone know if he will start much for Spurs this season?

He has played well pre-season, but will Ramos actually choose him much?

With the form he's been in this Pre-season, he should start the majority of the games.

Well....Spurs currently only have two pure strikers.....Dos Santos is actually more of a winger who will be more effective playing a bit behind the strikers though I am sure he is capable of playing as a forward.

Bent's playing time is really going to depend what formation Ramos decides to play ....Pure 4-4-2....I would think Bent would start.....

Rumours are....Berbatov leaving for United makes way for Andrei Arshavin to fill in his spot.

I do feel Bent will see significant playing time this season now that he does not have much competition when the likes of Keane or Defoe were around

I'm sure he will. Berbatov will leave any day now, Bent will be the focus of Tottenham's attack. He's in my fantasy football team.

pre season...exactly mate,i hope he does well he seems to be a good lad...and he trys....if ramos is a clever as alot of people seem to think then he can see something in Bent so i reckon with the service hel get from a brilliant mid field hel do well 25 goals plus easy

No player can be garenteed football, but if Bent continues the way he has in pre season (I pray he does) then he will play most of the season if fit. We don't exactly have many other options really even if he is playing badly. I hope we sign another striker to give him some real competition.

ramos just loves a nice quick forward and one thing bent has is bucket loads is speed.
