Darren Sproles vs. Jacob Hester?

Question

I am doing a school paper comparing Chargers backup RBs Darren Sproles and Jacob Hester. I need to know as many way they are different... in football... like Sproles is more of an elusive back and Hester is more like a Power Back... include college and NFL...

Darren Sproles has the amazing speed for a running back but Jacob Hester has more power.Once Darren Sproles has an open space, he gone due to his speed.

Sproles is an elusive speed RB.  He is also their #1 punt returner.

However, Hester is a downhill (straight-running RB).  He doesn't have much speed compared to Sproles.  He actually played FB before.  He should be used in goal-line formations.

All i know is that monday night Hester couldnt get anything done... he was negative yardage when he was given the ball inside the five... Hester's style of running does NOT work in the NFL and his carreer will more than likely be very short unless he learns to get outside the tackles.  

I was discusted when i saw how horribly he performed monday night.
