Dashboard set incorrectly to Metric UOM; how do I reset to English UOM?

Hi there. I have a 1999 Buick Regal. I had the steering column repaired, but in the process it looks like the dash display has been incorrectly set to Metric units of measure. This shows up in two areas; the mpg measurement is now in liters and kilometers. Also the temperature controls which allow you to set a "target" temperature for the car are now reading in Celsuis rather than Fahrenheit.

How do I change these two things back to the English UOM?

I don't know of its location but most all american cars will have somewhere on the dash a button that you will push that will say E/M......English / Metric.....
