im having troulbe solving this guys...any help? show the internal representation of the following decimal qualities.

a. +7.5

b.-20.25

c.-1/64

also, assume that our computer stores decimal numbers using 16bits-10bits for a sign/magnitude mantissa and 6 bits for a sign/magnitude base-2 exponent.

-20.25=-81x2^-2= 1111101100x111110
