I am interested in finding data about accidents and injuries from loading and unloading trucks each year. I can find general data but I want to find information about things like employees falling from truck beds, injuries from forklifts loading ad unloading or workers getting hurt from cargo falling from trucks.

Where do I find this type of detailed data?

Thank you,

Tom

  1. I would go to OSHA on the web.  Also search forklift accidents on google or yahoo.  Add words like "industrial" to your search.

  2. Try this site, it might have what you are looking for.

    http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/

If not try the national insurance board and see if they have that type of data.

  3. OHSA  keeps the data about work related injuries.
