I recently became unemployed and fell behind on my car insurance payments, so Swinton cancelled my policy. In order to legally stay on the road, I took out a new policy through Swiftcover (much cheaper by the way!)Swiftcover now require proof of my No Claims Discount, but will Swinton give it to me when I can't yet pay the arrears on my premium? Or do they have to provide the proof anyway under the Data Protection Act?Thanks in advance for anybody's help.
