Dataone bradband modem

I am having bsnl broadband connection with Siemens C2110 modem. When I switch on the modem, it keeps continuous blinking with all indicators. I mean the link, data and PCUSB bulbs keep blinking till 10 minute. Then after the PC can recognize the new software and link stablised. Please resolve problem.Lallan Tiwari Gorakhpur
