  1. Signor Sassi in Knightsbridge is a my favourite Italian restaurant in London.  Up market but fun.

  2. See if you can get a table in salvador and amanda - as they are open very late and you can stay at your table as long as you want - good if it's going well.

Other late restaurants with music etc are

i went on a date with my current boyfriend here and we were at the table for 8 hours!!! (7-3)

Hakkasan is good but you will probably not get a table now and we had to leave our table but at least there is a bar (we've had one this late before depends if you are lucky) http://www.toptable.co.uk/details.cfm/qs...

Simurgh (on garrick street) http://www.simurghrestaurant.com/ and thai square (trafalgar sq) http://www.toptable.co.uk/details.cfm/qs...  are good as they have dancers but you would probably want to go to another place after as a bar

Also if you try embassy for a early table there are often some left.

  3. I have a date in London as well actually tomorrow, and I cant lie - if it turns out its you, I'm gonna be upset.

Because my date is a classy and cultured lass, we are going to art galleries and museums during the day and in the evening, as it was her birthday recently, I am going to treat her to a meal. Possibly Italian and then I too am stuck for ideas.

Gonna watch this one with interest..

  4. london bridge area,

  5. Come ot the restaurant I chef in - Number 22, www.number-22.com

Great music (owner is an ex nightclub promoter), cocktails created especially for th restaurant by the Match team, open fire, funky art, and the best chef in London.

    What more could you want?
