Date of Birth and Dodgy Photo on my Provisional...?

My Provisional driving licence came through today and it's got the wrong date of birth on there!

Also... what do i have to do to get the photo changed and do you know roughly how much its going to cost...

New licence maybe? ....

I'm sure you were told as you signed "Please check the form for any errors."  If you missed the wrong date of birth your only option will be to take it in and pay again to exchange.  It will cost the same as it originally cost.
