Datel LAN Wii adapter work for ps2 internet connection?

I have a Datel LAN adapter to get my wii on the internet. Will the adapter work for my ps2, if I plug it into the usb jack on the ps2 like I do on the wii?

  1. No. Its only made for the wii.


  2. Nah, i don't think so because on the back of the box for the adapter its says: FOR NINTENDO WII USE ONLY
