Datel action replay max duo for gameboy advance...

Question

the software for the ARmaxduo on my computer want actually execute properly
it keeps coming up saying something like program was executed in an unusual way had to be terminated and closes it down.......
i have got the downloads from the sites to update them which i did and it still says that where as it use to work before,
and another problemthe usb cable doesn't recognise that it's plugged into the ARmaxduobut it recognises the usb cable why?
