Does a film has to be released within certain months of a year to be considered for a nomination at Oscar of that year? For example, If a deserving film was released in December, is there a chance that it could be considered for that year's or even next year's Oscars? I checked on the official website but couldn't find the informaton. Please quote the source as well. Thanks.
