Dating Help? (Guys and Girls, please)?

Ok ppl, i need a little help. See,I am in a relationship with this guy who is really sweet and nice, and says that he is very much in love with me. His family says that they have never seen him smile so much prior to me. any way, i don't exactly "love" him. I wouldn't mind being good friends with him, cause he is an awesome guy! but i just don't want to be his girlfriend anymore. I don't like anybody else, and i am just done with this relationship, but i really don't want to hurt him. any suggestions?? Thank you for any advice! ^_^

Wow, he's going to be heartbroken, you sure your not going to regret this at all?? Think it through, maybe you guys are just spending to much time together. Try not seeing eachother for a while. Tell him you just want to take a break, and then start to distance yourself from him, if you really dont like him anymore.

If you want to remain friends you should tell him how you feel, as  hard as that sounds it will make your friend relationship better.

You need to just tell him cause your not doing him any favors by not telling him the truth. Nobody likes to be the one doing the breaking up. I too have had to break up with girls I really liked a lot but it just wasn't quite right. So sometimes you have to do things that are tough to do. But I have always been honest. Just tell him that it has nothing to do with not liking him or it's not the way he looks or anything like that. Just tell him it is just missing that certain something you can't explain. And you feel that you need to go find what that is. Oh and by the way if you can add some emotion to it and show him that this is not easy for you either it might make it alittle easier on him to show him that you really do care. Then it might make it easier for him to move on. Good luck.
