Dating advise please?

I have a old co-worker that I went out with to my brother's show on Friday night. I bought her drinks and she did the same for me and we talked alot. She had a good time and told me she would want to do something again soon. Everyone was telling me how hot she looked and how smart she is because of the conversations she was having. My brother even noticed that she was giving signs that she liked me but I obviously didn't see them.

The problem is that she has a boyfriend and I think they are living together. I don't want to be the "jerk" who breaks them up for my own selfish means.

Is there ways that I can get eventually win her over? Like within a year or something like that?

Yeah dude, just keep doing what your doing, there's nothing wrong with being friendly like you are, and then if she decides she has feelings for you, thats her decision.
