Dating an older guy?

i am 18 years old and my boyfriend is 26. we have been together since my 18th birthday back in april but we were friends for almost 3 years before that. our relationship is getting pretty serious but before it goes any further i want to know what your guys' opinion of an 8 year age differance in a relationship is.

stop seeking other peoples approval... if you are in a good place, then good for you...

some people will think he is a cradle snatcher and you are looking for a daddy-replacement...

but at the end of the day, it is your choice... so do whatever makes you happy!!!! :D

it means NOTHING! im in a 9year difference one (me being the youngest) and it all comes down to the person, if your both mature enough for each other, then theres no issues with it.. All comes down to the person, not the age gap!

Nothing wrong in a 8 year difference, for he will bring in a lot of experience.

If you are both mature, this shouldn't be a problem. Age doesn't really matter much. My bf is 11 years older than I am. We're doing really well.
