Daughter (29) is having shoulder surgery?

Dr. said they were going to take some of the bone from her hip? Her (L) shoulder dislocates all the time even when sitting still! She also has a seizure disorder! I am very concerned! Any advise appreciated! :) Her pain tolerancee is very LOW!

The use of bone from the iliac crest has been done for a long time.  There are no problems as the bone will not be rejected.  The only problems that I have encountered is that the donor site is often painful long after the procedure.  Talk to the doctor about using a cadaver bone as they are safe and there will be no pain from the donor site.
