  1. she might need glasses

  2. Poor little thing, sounds like she is getting migraine headaches. They are hard for adults to deal with. I can't imagine for a little girl. Take her to see her doctor and maybe they can refer her to a neurologist, hopefully that can help her.

  3. this is how my migraines started i was about 9 at the onset of mine the doctors gave me a very small dose of sanomigraine or pisofen is the mre clinical name, it wrks wonders but takes about 2 weeks to start working properly, i got these headaches at least twice a week at that age after med it calmed down dramatically and found daily was another reason, too much cheese and yohurt are common causes for migraine sufferes but for me its all dairy basically anything with milk i need to eat in small amounts,

this something she is likely to grow out of but ido think you are really best to see a doctor for mre advice. if the dr says its migraines then ask for sanomigraine and see if he allows it, the dr knows best and may have another remedy to help

hope all is well big healing cuddles to her

  4. Please, ask you doctor for medical advice concerning somebody as precious as your young daughter  -- not general discussion !

  5. its probably they way she lays down at night.it could either give her a terrible neckpain or head ache. please try it and see how it goes, thank youxxx

  6. UH, SOMETHING IS WRONG?!!!!

COULD BE ALLERGIC TO BED, PILOW,CARPET, DETERGENT, BUT SURLY NOT DOCTORS!?  TAKE HER TO THE ER BEFORE ORGANS START SHUTTING DOWN.

  7. I would take her straight to GP as it could be problems with sugar levels, migraines (~as you said) or could be something about her sleeping position that her body doesnt like!

When she wakes up give her some milk pretty much straight away-preferably full fat) as it has sugar in it that will give her a boost if this is a possible problem.

Keep a diary everyday of what days, times she is ill, what is wrong, what she ate day before as this may show a pattern that will help the doctor to see how to help!

  8. maybe she has migraines, i thought they are usually brought on by stress, what does a 7yr old have to be stressed about!  I think i would check with a Dr. Migraines are miserable(i know!!)

  9. It could be a migrain, but I'm no Doctor,I would take her to a Doctor, they need to run some tests on her, because it may be an underlying problem, that could get serious.

The sooner, the better! Hope she gets better!

  10. hello, gee thats weird a migaine at 7 yrs of age! its good that youre taking her to the doctor,i hope shes oka,i hate to see a child sick! god bless all of you.

  11. hi it sounds exactly what my sister has, it started when she was about 5, she is now 19, but she used to bee of school at least once a month with it, the doctors always said my mum was an over protective mother! until one time she had been sick so much in 2 days the doctor admited her to hospital for dehydration, they still could never diagnose it with anything, when she was 11 they said it was migraines and she has been on medication ever since. good luck x

  12. Sounds like she is starting to get migraines.. Same thing happened to me when I was around 6.. I'm now 21 and still suffer from them, but the symptoms (problems) changed as I got older.. Take her to the doctor so they can find out for sure & she can get feeling better.. :-)

  13. These symptoms often happen when a person has sleep apnea, where they stop breathing at night and the oxygen level drops really low.  My daughter and I both have this issue but a c-pap at night resolves it.  Please see your doctor and see about a sleep study.

  14. This used to happen to me when i was a kid a good few years ago now i would be at school doing lessons go home for lunch and end up in excruciating pain and being sick then it was OK mum took me to the doc s and it was found that i was having migraine due to eye strain a trip to the optician got tested been wearing glasses for about 35 years now but the migraine never returned get your daughters eyes tested

  15. I woudl honestly be concerned and speaking with your Dr. It could be migrains or something more. If it is migrains then they can give her meds to help with that. But it is better to be safe then to have her going through that. Good luck

  16. take her to the doctors as they can give her something for her. could be aneamia

    hope ur daughter is ok

  17. You  need to take her to see you,r doctor as its not natural for this to happen if it was a one off it may be just a passing thing but as you mention it happens at least once a month it needs seeing to.i would not hesitate to get her an appointment..Hope she,s better soon.Source mother of 4 Grandmother of 10.

  18. Hey - here is an idea - ever hear of a doctor ?

  19. if it is an ongoing headache there may be a cause , it could be some brain problems like tumor get her checked out dont take chances, maybe even nightmares

    Common causes of headaches include:

Changes in the levels of chemicals in the body

    Coughing or sneezing.

    Dehydration.

Dental problems or procedures, such as pain from grinding the teeth or from a root canal.

Eating or drinking cold foods and fluids.

    Emotional stress.

Exposure to smoke or fumes from chemicals, including carbon monoxide.

    Eyestrain.

    Fever.

High altitude. Lower oxygen levels at high altitudes can cause headaches.

Medical procedures, such as the aftereffects of a lumbar puncture (spinal tap).

Medications. Many medications can cause headaches.

Muscle strain in the neck, upper back, or shoulder muscles.

    Upper respiratory infections.

    hope your daughter gets better

  20. It does sound like migraine - and calpol won't touch a migraine headache, she'll need special medication. Hope it fixes things for her!

  21. Have you thought of taking her to the doctor?
