Daughter having trouble sleeping!?!?!?!?

My 2yr old daughter often has trouble sleeping, getting up in the middle of the night. I usually don't go to bed until about 11:30pm because I know she wake up. She always wakes up really early in the morning and then comes in and jumps on me if she already isn't in my bed. Any ideas on how to keep her in bed???

BTW I'm a 16yr old guy.

  1. Give her the Canadian Destroyer or the Pedigree

  2. Do you give her naps? If you do, stop, she'll sleep better at night.

  3. give her warm milk before she goes to sleep

  4. she might be thirsty in the night hence why shes waking up

she also has got into the habbit now  sometimes its because they need the toilet to they wake need to go pee and then its im awake now so are you lol

its hard but some kids just want to be in the parents bed if you dont mind her being there the let her in its making her feel secure and she loves you

your doing a fantastic job so young too and if she doesnt wake up then jump in her bed lol what a shock she'd have you could try laying in her bed untill she falls back to sleep try the toilet drink lay down routine if it fails bring her into your bed

good luck and remember your doing a good job she obviously adores you =0)

  5. Warm milk.

    soft classical music.

    Read a fairy tale.

Those are ways to get her to sleep.

    Toys.

    a loving kind dog.

Those are ways to keep her in her room but I won't have a two year alone with a dog...
