  1. I'm 13 and I used to HATE home work and suffered in school (grades 1-2) and then my mom took me to an after school program with kids from grades 1 to 6 and I found seeing the older kids working really inspierd me to work hard. Now I'm in 8th grade, won the science fair in 6th grade, won the commitionary prize in grade 7, am an honnour role student

    and tutor.

    Hope I helped:)

  2. Shes normal kid who doesn't want to do homework and at school she has to, at home, well.... that depends on you.

  3. Give her a little break after school. Or maybe some kind of reward system?

  4. I used to hate to do homework too. Just dont give her any other thing to do. If she gets bored enough she will do it.

  5. kids hate homework. dont u hate wen u ever have to bring work home with u.

i know from experience myself that 6hours at school was enough and u really really didnt want to sit at home doin homework like u didnt have anything better to do.

  6. She is tired when she comes home and doesn't feel like doing it at all. I know the feeling, I really don't feel like making dinner tonight, but I have to. Just let her know you are there to help if she needs it.

  7. let her take breaks

    that works good for me

  8. maybe she needs a break

  9. Well, It silly but kids don't like homework. :) And maybe she just doesn't feel like doing her homework at that time. Maybe when she comes home from school you can give her like an 1 hour of free time (on TV, Computer, Video games, Etc.) And let her enjoy it. Thjen after the hour let her start her homework. it refreshens her to do something fun first than do work. Play now, Pay later. :) Hope this helps.

  10. well no kid likes 2 do there homework does she do any thing she really likes after school like a tv show if so then tell her that she cant do that object until she finishes her homework

  11. i think she tries and puts all her energy in school... then she comes home and has a mountain of hmwrk or has projects or plain old boring assignments.... no one wants to do that...

let her go outside everyday if she wants to... for abt an hour or 1 1/2 hours... then she'll start doing her hmwrk... try it...

either that, or let her sleep

  12. Sit there and have a mother daughter talk and if that don't work then she needs some discipline if you believe in that.  Good Luck.

  13. Nobody likes homework. That's the truth.... (most people atleast:)) Every day, before she watches TV or goes outside, sit her down in a quiet place and help her/make sure she does her homework. Consistancy is key- even if she doesn't have any homework, sit her down and look at her work. It's a few minutes of your time, but in the long run, it's really worth it!

  14. she's prob just rlly tired of 6 hrs of school and doesnt want any mre wrk.

  15. Has she had a snack? do you have a quiet, distraction-free area for her to work in?  is there a reward for when it's complete, like down-time to watch tv?
