Daughter problem!!!!!?

Question

My daughter yesterday was caught shoplifting. I grounded her for a month and took away everything she loves. Yesterday she was gone! Her window was open and she left a note saying "Don't expect me coming back." I found her, she cussed at me and than she bit me to try to get away. She's in her room untill we come up with her punishment. She's also 13. How do you think she should be punished plus her month and everything being taken away. She shows no responsibility for her actions. I spanked one of my daughters (shes twelve) and it really put her back in her place, but I'm not sure about her....
