Well I have a daughter that has been involved with a very sorry young man that will not work for an honest living. he sells drugs and he has been incarcerated for several years for drugs and burglary. She just so happen to be in the car with this sorry excuse for a man, when the police pulled them over and found drugs in the car that was his and he told her to put them in her bra. The police then took her and him into custody. She received 3 years of deferred Ajudification and he is still in jail thank GOD. I have also found out that she is pregnant also (help me Lord). Now my question is he has (2) charges on him while he awaits trial, and they are (1) poss. CS PG 4 28-200 grams and (2) Burglary of Habitation. Hope much time do you think this scum bag will get, I hope a lot of time to keep him away from her and my grand child. He is not a very good father or good example for any child, he already has (2) that he doesn't support. Thank you for you time.

  1. How much time he will get - depends on so many things.   Basicly - it really depends on how the cards are dealt ... the charges against him, his probation, his number of offenses, his attorney, the judge, his attitude, and sooooo much more.   Usually the Courts have little tolerance for a seller.  Sometimes - the turn of events will amaze a person.  It seems that he is not charged with selling - maybe the DA should be made aware he is a seller.

The only way you can keep her away from him (with the exception of prison) is if she will stay away from him herself.  However - if he gets out - and continues with drugs - and you can prove it - and your daughter allows him to be around the child - then you can contact child protection.   I know this would not be easy for you - but it may be necessary.

Just recognize him for what he is ... and beware.

  2. honeslty u think the boyfrined is a bum but so is your daughter sorry to say. its almost too late to help her.

  3. it's not to late to save your daughter, you should profile your question with "attorney"  this way you'll get the answers you need.  good luck and i hope things turn out ok for you and your daughter..

  4. yikes its hard to say with a good lawyer he could get a better deal than your daughter with a bad one years and years it really depends.  But Id imagine if he stayed away from 2 h**l stay away from #3.  It's hard to say.  As much as it sucks she cant even try to sue for full custody anything he brought up he can use against her too.  your daughter made some wrong choices...but i applaud you for being there...and it doesnt mean shes perma screwed she very well could have a good life, get an education ect.  Im 26 and going back to school to become a doctor, she still has chance ahead of her to have a great and productive life!!!!!

  5. i assume he was on probation when all this happened. so therefore this should be a violation of his probation. he should go away unless he gets a lawyer he could get just a few years probation

  6. omg forbide her from seeing that dirtbag!
