Why didn't Kansas City try to pick up Culpepper? It would have been better than Brodie Croyle.

  1. Strange, I think Da Bears could have at least taken a look at him as well. They could have probably showed him some highlight footage of him having great games against them & said "do you remember that play? can we run it too?"

I think it's even more odd that he retired from Unemployment

  2. Daunte Culpepper is washed up.  He's not worth the money he's asking for.  His blown-out knee is still not working the way is was before.  Yeah, that was a devastating injury... i remember seeing it.  But he's had surgery and he's had a few years to heal.  He's just no good if he can't scramble.  He's got an arm but not as much accuracy as he should.  He just had the ability to get out and make things happen.  Not so much anymore.  He's a huge liability and he hurt himself earlier in the offseason by refusing an offer from Green Bay to be Aaron Rodgers' backup.  He said he wanted to start... well, now he's out of a job because nobody wants to spend the coin on a guy who's going to keep the clipboard company.

  3. Because he has "knee problems"

  4. Cause they're similar in skill

  5. because they are trying to rebuild and start fresh if croyle doesn't do good then they will probably draft a qb instead of going for a expensive older guy.

  6. very interesting i thought that at least a team would pick him up because a lot of teams like the eagles have qbs that get injured and could of used him as a second back. But good for him if he didnt see anything out there why waste your time when he could be doing something else.
