Dave & Buster's.....?

Question

My boyfriend asked me what it was because he's going there with a friend so I looked up online and told him he's gonna have a good time.

He just sent me a text saying he's on his way home and I asked him how D&B's was and instead of telling me, he ignored the question and sent me a text saying: "I assume you're painting, so don't let me distract you baby."

He can't just assume I'm painting. He could never distract me either. I'd rather talk to him over anything. He knows that.

Is there something he's not telling me? o.O I trust that he wouldn't do anything but I've never been to Dave & Buster's

So if anybody can tell me what it actually is, I'll appreciate it.

He must be a gamer.  Dave and Buster's is pretty much a video arcade with restaurant type food, kinda like applebees.  I'm sure he's waaaaay into the games and is just trying to enjoy them while not worrying you.  He probably hopes that you have something to be busy with because he wants to play for a while too.

Dave and Buster's basically has a whole bunch of video games, racing games and shooting games. There's also a bar and a resturaunt. There's really nothing to compare it to, so maybe you should just confront your boyfriend?

I would say to relax.

D&B is basically an adult Chuck E. Cheese's or Shakeys.

there is a lot of games and yes, there is a bar.

unless, u worry about him drinking or anything then it should be fine.

its a completely fun place to go w/ friends to grab a beer some food, watch a game, and eat and have fun playing games.

Next time,

skip the painting and tell him to take you w/him.

It's just a place with upscale fast food, video, and arcade games.  It does also have a bar.  It's a fun place.  Don't worry!
