this is the clown off the golf channel who takes half his house onto the course with him. i saw a picture of him sat on a green with his fridge , washing machine,iron and as funny as it sounds his kitchen sink ,god knows why but he keeps doing this ,i cannot imagine a washing machine helping anyone play golf ,except pelz maybe this guy needsserious help , know what i mean

phil mickleson great short game , goes to pelz , gets better , man is a genius on short game , nasa enginer , taught tom kite wedge play , main influene on lob wedge use , then 64 degree use . all genius can be  eccentric . his books are hard to read , but if you follow with practice you do improve rapidly . i carry five wedges  due to his influence to old to hit driver , tossed 5 7 woods  great setup for old guy

There are many teaching philosophies in the world of golf.  There are just as many students in the world of golf who all learn in different ways.  Just because you don't understand Mr. Pelz's method of teaching or agree with it does not mean he is not helping out someone with there game.  

I don't really like his ideas either but I have found that many views can open your eyes to fix a swing flaw or thought.

I have read a few of his books.

Concerntrates mainly on the short game and putting.

Self proclaimed engineer who followed alot of pros around to collect data.

He's about getting science into the game.
