Versatile Austrian international, David Alaba, has shown concerns over his future after being linked with another loan move to Hoffenheim. The player wanted to know his destination for the next season so that he could concentrate and train in the best possible
manner.
The Left-back c*m winger was unsure whether he would represent Bayern Munich or Hoffenheim during the 2011/12 season. He expressed pleasure while playing at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena during the second part of the last season, when he was loaned out by his parent
club, Bayern Munich. The youngster reckoned that it would be an ideal situation for him if he could get to know his destiny sooner rather than later as it would allow him to concentrate better.
The 18-year-old was highly praised by Hoffenheim’s manager, Marco Pezzaiuoli, and the German wanted the winger to stay back for yet another season. The fans also rated the teenager very highly and urged him to spend one more year playing for them. Alaba,
for his part, stayed firm and seemingly had no problems playing under Pezzaiuoli during the 2011/12 campaign.
At the same time, the Austrian insisted upon playing in the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League but was confused about his first team chances should he move back to Allianz-Arena. Hoffenheim officials are trying to convince the winger for another loan move as
it would work in the player’s favour.
In an interview to a local newspaper, Alaba added, "I believe that I could develop myself into a good young player at Hoffenheim but if Bayern want to keep me, it would be a huge honour. I just hope that I find out what's happening soon. At the moment I
will train with Hoffenheim which won't hurt. Training with Bayern probably would not be a big difference however."
