Question:

David Garrard or Jay Cutler in 2008?

I have both of these QB's on my roster in a dynasty league, which means we keep all of our players each year. I have Cutler because I think he should improve and be pretty good in the future but I'm wondering who I should start Week 1 in the 2008 season. Garrard is facing the Titans in Tennessee, and Cutler is facing the Raiders in Oakland on Monday Night football. I think both guys are very close so I need all the answers I can get. Thanks.

  1. GO with garrard. denver is playing in oakland in monday night football, and thats a lot of pressure. plus dont forget raiders have gotten better at cb. they got de angelo hall, also broncos are not deep at wr, cuz walker left. and marshall is still recovering from his injury. ill go with garrard, since they gotten new receivers like ex raiders pretty good Wr porter, and i believe former 7th overall pick Williamson.

  2. The guy above me makes some compelling remarks about starting Garrard, but I will go w/ Cutler.  As long as Marshall is healthy come the start of the season (and he should be) I like Cutler.  Den. actually has a fairly deep arsenal of WRs (they just aren't big names): Marshall, Stokley, Scheffler, D. Jackson, Colbert, S.Parker.  Seems like quite a few to me.  The Titans and Raiders pass defense were almost identical last year.  Jack. (like last year) will continue to rely on defense and running the ball.  Good luck!
