David Grace launches his website for snooker reviews – Snooker News
World Number 91, England’s David Grace has recently launched his official website where he will be updating his reviews about the snooker’s proceedings in the recent snooker season.
He launched the site, www.davidgracesnooker.co.uk, after building it from the scratch. Before making this website, the Englishman was a content provider at Northern Snooker Centre website which helped him build the new site and he believes that he can update
the site regularly.
While speaking to World Snooker, Grace said, “It was easier than I thought it would be. I had some prior experience of providing content for the Northern Snooker Centre website, but this was the first time I had put a site together myself. In this day and
age I think it's important to have those kind of skills.”
He added, “I love using Twitter and Facebook to connect with fans and felt I was missing out by not having my own site.”
In the previous snooker season, Grace was unable to perform according to the standards and failed to add any major or minor ranking snooker title during his campaign. His only noticeable performance was in the Players Tour Championship (PTC) events where
he played tremendously but still was unable to make any difference and remained on his current position.
The Englishman entered the 2012 World Snooker Championship qualifying session round 4. He was up against compatriot Sam Baird in the fourth round of the qualifiers and defeated him by the score line of 10-8. He faced Alfie Burden in the fifth round and lost
to him by 10-5.
Grace entered the new snooker season with the hopes to make an appearance and prove his class. However, he crashed out of the 2012 Wuxi Classic snooker tournament at the hands of Martin O’Donnell by 2-5. In the 2012 Australian Goldfields Open snooker clash,
he was placed in the second round qualifying session where he lost to O’Donnell again. He will now be looking forward to come back into his game in the upcoming events.
It will be exciting to see what impact Grace will have in the new snooker season as he seems to be working hard to improve his game-play and become competitive.
