I was thinking the same thing, he keeps slurring his words. I saw the other judges look at eachother right at the start of the show with a worried look on their faces. I bet he ends up on The Soup (again:)

I'm watching him tonight 8/27/08 and he is definitely wasted! I can't believe the network is this hard-up for a judge that they would continue to use such an embarassment. My spouse and I are sitting here laughing at him. Give it up Davey, go get yourself a burger!!!

I concur. I also wondered if he was drunk. Definite slurring, and I also noticed Sharon look at the British dude right after "The Hoff" (LOL) slurred his words.

What a train wreck this guy is.

HAHAH i just googled to see if he was drunk on the show tonight (8/27) b/c it was sooo obvious, I also saw the judges look at each other too!!!!---- makes me wonder if he'll even make it through the season... or even the show....Ive wondered in the past if he's been drunk on the show, but tonight pretty much removed all doubt.
