David Haye: I plan to use my own judges and that’s my left and my right hand – Boxing news
The current World Boxing Association’s World Heavyweight Champion David Haye does not want to take any chances against the International Boxing Federation, World Boxing Organisation, International Boxing Organisation and Ring Magazine World Heavyweight Champion,
Wladimir Klitschko.
The Hayemaker, Haye, who will face Klitschko in a unification bout for the heavyweight titles on July 2, 2011 at the Hamburg Arena in Germany, told the media he does not want to leave anything to the judges. He said he will step in the ring with only one
plan and that is to knockout the 6 ft 6.5” Ukrainian giant, Klitschko.
While speaking on his inclusion, he said, “The plan isn't to leave it to the judges. I plan to knock him out so I remain in control. You can't control what the judges see. If everyone around the world thinks I've won the fight and just those three judges
believe Wladimir has won it, it's no good to me.”
Haye, who has won 25 of his 26 fights including 23 by the way of a knockout, added he is going to use his own judges and those are his left and right hands.
“I plan to use my own judges and that's my left and my right hand. I plan to let them do the talking,” said the Londoner.
In the end, Haye also revealed that he has gathered all of the stuff to eat and drink by himself as he does not want to take any risk ahead of the fight.
Haye said, “If there's a one in a million chance of something going wrong, that's too much of a chance. I'm not going to rely on anyone's food or water.”
The Haye-Wladimir bout, which is being considered as one of the biggest in the British boxing history, has gained a lot of hype already.
Let’s see whether Haye really has what it takes to knockout one of the best heavyweight boxers in the world or not.
