David Horsey wins, Justin Rose blows it?

That's just about the size of it. Horsey got his first win on the European Tour yesterday, the Englishman triumphing in Munich to take the BMW International Open. But Justin Rose couldn't hold on at the PGA Tour, failing to win despite going into the final day with a lead at the Travelers.
