David Price reckons David Haye will beat Wladimir Klitschko – Boxing news
The 27-year-old David Price, who recently knocked out Tom Dallas in the second of the British Heavyweight title eliminator match, reckons the World Boxing Association’s World Heavyweight Champion David Haye will beat the International Boxing Federation,
International Boxing Organization, World Boxing Organization and Ring Magazine’s Champion, Wladimir Klitschko on July 2, 2011.
David ‘Pricey’ Price, who has won all 11 of his fights including 9 by the way of a knockout, has been sparring with the Hayemaker, David Haye before his fight which was held last Saturday on June 11, 2011.
The Liverpool’s pugilist, Price, told the media that sparring with Haye was a wonderful experience for him. He added Haye is a very professional boxer and does the things the best possible way.
Price believes the 30-year-old Haye has a completely different class from any other boxer at the moment. He also admired his speed and defence.
While speaking on his inclusion, he said, “Everything David does is so meticulous. It is good to see that type of professionalism and it can only rub off on me, especially as he is someone I look up to. He is a different class to anyone else I have sparred
with. His speed is incredible and his defence is better than people make out.”
The former 2008 Olympic bronze medallist, Price, continued and said one cannot make any mistakes against a fighter of his class. He then commented on Haye’s punching power and said one good shot from him is a game over for anyone.
“You cannot make a mistake at any time because you know he will make you pay. I think he will beat Klitschko. It will be intense but if David lands a good shot and jumps on him it will be over,” said Price.
The Londoner, David Haye, who has won 25 of his 26 fight including 23 by the way of a knockout, will take on Dr. Steelhammer Wladimir Klitschko in a unification heavyweight showdown on July 2, 2011 in Hamburg, Germany.
Let’s see whether Haye can really outclass one of the best heavyweight warriors in the world or not.
