Can someone explain or justify this?

theres conspiracy going around about a upcoming new world order, where the world will be ruled under one government.  Rockefellars are really powerful people in the world who are in high authority right now.  

Supposedly (which i believe) in 2005 there was a secret meeting with president of america, leader or canada, and the president of mexico where they were planning to have a 1 rule government called the north american union.  They were pllanning to unite those 3 nations into one, change our currency into Ameros and that was what Rockefeller was talking about.  Just a little progression into the New World Order.  It's basically a world transformation where the people have no voice and people in government have power over the minority.  Almost like if you read 1984 something close to that coming to reality.
