David Warner desperate to earn a place in the Australian Test squad – Cricket News Update
Australia’s attacking opening batsman, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/DA-Warner-c1301, has reiterated his ambition of breaking into the Australian Test team as soon as possible.
Warner is a permanent member of the Aussie One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 sides but is yet to find his feet in the longest version of the game.
The explosive opener shared that he has been working extremely hard in the nets, preparing himself for traditional cricket, adding that the time is not very far away, when he will be honoured with the baggy green.
"If you get out, you've got to be strict on yourself, and say if I get out more than once, I should actually walk out of the net. What you're going to get in training is what you're going to get in the game, you've got to make it as realistic as possible,"
Warner was quoted as saying in the Australian media.
After demonstrating a splendid show in the recently-concluded Champions League T20 in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757,
clattering 74 runs, including six boundaries.
Having performed outstandingly in the limited-over formats of the game, Warner’s next aim is to secure a long-term place in the Test squad.

end of this year.
"I think he's ready to play all three forms of the game now. We've got players in the Test squad that have been performing... so Davey's going to have to bide his time," added the 30-year-old recently-appoint skipper who is hopeful of his team’s good show
in the imminent Test battle after the third and the final ODI clash, set to be played at Durban on Friday, October 28, 2011.
