Davis Cup venue switch for New Zealand and Pakistan?

Has the venue been changed for the Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group II tie between Pakistan and New Zealand in July? New Zealand had apparently asked the ITF to move the tie from Pakistan.

The second round tie has been moved from Pakistan to New Zealand due to security concerns. Pakistan had also been scheduled to play their opening round tie against Hong Kong at home before that was also moved.
