Davis Forclosure Assistance, out of NJ?

Does anyone know anything about Davis Forclosure Assitance based out of NJ? Are they a reputable company? I have a friend thinking of using thier services.

  1. I work for one of the larger firms (32 attorneys) this is the only thing we do (we don't write mortgages because it is a conflict) we are bonded licensed and rarely are we not successful (95% success rate).

  2. .   DO not use them.  If your bank is not offering you any assistance, there is nothing Davis can do to make them.  Think about it.  What does your bank owe to Davis Assistance?  Nothing.  What legal threat does Davis hold over them?  Nothing.  

    The only thing that stops foreclosure is to pay up or to declare bankruptcy... and that only delays the foreclosure for 6 months, you still lose the house and now you have a bankruptcy on your credit.
