Davis micro mp4 player

Question

I just got the mp4 player its 2gb i filled it up with music and the player says there is no music on it when you push play but when you check how much memory is available it says its 99% full i need to no how to reset the hard drive somehow i cant delete anything cause it sats there isnt any music on the drive please help thank you
