Daxter trouble on PSP?

In the game Daxter (PSP) daxter keeps walking around and does not stop. I am not able to control him. does anyone know what to do?

i would say that your game is messed up

probably there is something wrong with your joy stick like on my other psp the stick get going in one direction and was busted so i had to get replaced. just go to a game shop or something and have them fix the problem.
