Day 2 - 1 member complaint of no messages in their inbox. No changes made. Ideas or advice?

A member of 4 years has come to me with an issue that Monday they stopped receiving mail from our group to their inbox. They have not left, or changed their delivery method. They have not been kicked, banned or any of the like. The group settings say they are set for individual delivery, but are not making it to the inbox. Messages are going through to the group fine, just not to this person's inbox.

it's a server issue on their end, and they'll need to contact them.
