Day Excursion Sorrento to Rome...?

Going on holidays to Sorrento (08) and was wondering does anyone know of an easy and relatively inexpensive way to take a day trip into rome from sorrento??

There's a bus schedule here: http://www.alfonsoamare.it/english/maroz... The bus leaves from Piazza Tasso in Naples.

The other option is to take the Circumvesuviana train to Naples and change to a train to Rome there. If you want to stay in Rome past 3 pm, you can take the train back to Naples and the Circumvesuviana to Sorrento.
