Daycare owners?? what monthly expenses do you pay out for your daycare?

example, rent, light bill, phone bill, insurance on kids and building, workers? what should i expect to pay out? im planning to either open a group daycare with 12 to 15 preschoolers or a small center with 22 preschoolers. im trying to figure up my costs by seeing what others have to pay.
