Daycares hiring teenagers?

Hi, I am sixteen and I am looking for daycares in Northern Virginia that hire teenagers. If you can help me, I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

i believe there are a lot of laws that prevent minors from being daycare providers. your going to have to stick with regular baby sitting
