Daylight Savings Time?

I know this is a really stupid question, but I can't remember. During Daylight Savings Time, do we set the clock back an hour or foward one?

set the clock ahead one hour, so technically you would lose an hour for one day.

you do this on the 9th of March and ends november 2nd
