Daylight when it should be night?

Does any know the place where it's daylight at night-time for some of the months? I think it's Iceland but i'm not sure

  1. the Artic circle, and its greenland, althogh it may be iceland aswell but i'm not sure


  2. Anywhere in the upper most northern hemisphere.  The further north you get the longer the hours of daylight during the summer because of how the Earth tilts toward the sun. In Iceland at the peak of summer the sun will hover over the horizon then go back up so technically it never gets dark.

  3. the artic circle have only 2 hours of daylight in winter and in the summer the sun doesnt go down.

  4. The region north of the Arctic Circle has 24 hors daylight for 5 - 6 months from April to August. Countries like Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Finland and northern Russia, Canada and Alaska have long hours of daylight up to 20 hours sometimes.  Similarly, South Pole has 24 hours of daylight at the end of the year.
