Hmmm...Let's see...

Well, Stefano came out of his "coma".  He was moved back to University hospital after some sort of seizure and woke up shortly after.

Of course immediately he started reeking havoc.  First, he sent one of his goons to give Marlena the same paralyzing drug she had given him.  She was found on the floor of her apartment by John and Anna and she was taken to the hospital.  Then Stefano somehow created a lock down on the 7th floor of the hospital and had a funky gas oozing through the vents and no one could contact the people on that floor.  No phones or cells worked and all doors were locked.  The people on the 7th floor consisted of Steve, Kayla and baby Joe, Marlena, John, Tony and Anna, Chloe and Lucus, Sami and EJ.  At some point, when Steve and Kayla were passed out from the gas, Stefano kidnapped Joe and gave him to Ralph.  Later, Steve and Kayla found Joe in a room by himself.  They noticed a freckle on his arm/hand and seemed concerned about it, but after the lockdown ended the doctors decided he was fine. (Look for that to mean that Stefano did something to Joe...he probably injected him with something!)  Anyhow, eventually the police broke into the 7th floor, everyone checked out okay...bla bla bla.

Oh, and while the lockdown was going on, Sami and EJ hooked up in one of the stair wells.  She admitted to "having feelings" for him and that she couldn't imagine her life without him.  At some point, one of the security camera's showed them making out and Nicole caught a glimpse down stairs.  She is completely heart broken.

Other things:  Stephani and Max are in France, met Max's sister who is a total con artist.  Long story short, Max's sister, Melanie, got Max and Stephanie locked in jail.  Nick miraculously showed up in France, met Melanie and drug her over to the police station to confront Max and Stephanie.  That story is moving pretty slow.

That's the important stuff.  We're finally getting back to the Bo/evidence story line today.
