Dayton G73 wire hook up with 10/3 NM-B wire

Question

I'm trying to hook up my new Dayton G73 heater and I have a spool of 10/3 NM-B wire that I used for my dryer. The schematic shows the black, white and ground hook up. What should I do with the red wire from the 10/3?
