Db , Mhz , Ohms regarding cable signal/strength?

Question

I'm splitting cable here and there in the house for tvs and internet. I know certain low performance splitters make the internet connection slow and gives some cable boxes issues.

Just trying to get the right splitter but all the tech specs killing me.
