Dcr-sr45 problem pleeeeease help!!!!!!!?

i cant get the videos from it onto windows movie maker...it gave me an error saying i needed to dowload a codec...after i did that it played them but it only played the audio of the video..so how do i get it to show video....i heard something about wpeg files but how do i change them...or is there a editing sofware that supports wpeg files

  1. Most possibly u're on XP/wmm2, which doesn't support mpeg2 - convert to .avi or .wmv first

    - upload ur video files thru file mgmt.-win explorer

    - goggle a video converter - try Prism, Super or Kate's

    - convert ur video.mpeg2 files to .avi or .wmv

    - import converted files to wmmaker
